If industrial interconnection wants to go far, it must be connected with enterprise informatization. therefore, we will be worried about the hollowing out of industrial interconnection. One to the left and one to the right. The hidden worry about the hollowing out of industrial interconnection is that we cannot realize the deepening allocation of resources in the industry, and it cannot go from shallow to deep. In other words, it only integrates and matches the supply and demand sides, but it cannot effectively integrate and allocate resources at the enterprise supply chain level. we should not only blame industrial interconnection. We should go back to the enterprise informatization level to reflect. What problems have occurred in the past years of enterprise informatization? What are the limitations

enterprise informatization, I summarize it into three points that remain unchanged:

first, enterprise informatization is managed around traditional production factors, "people", "money" and "things"

second, no matter which ERP is used for enterprise informatization, what it pursues is the integration of three flows, the so-called integration of logistics, capital flow and information flow

third, no matter whether CRM processes customer information, consumption information or ERP production financial information, its processing logic is to input data at the source and process information according to the process, without exception

therefore, the three points are summarized as follows: the three of enterprise informatization and the use of procedures to identify different material components in multi-material objects remain unchanged

original intention of enterprise informatization

recently visited some enterprises that have been doing enterprise informatization for more than 20 years, I asked them again: "what are your key needs if enterprises are to be re informationized today? Or what are your dissatisfaction with the past informationalization? Many demands have been put forward, which can be summed up in three questions:

(1) how to get through management and site;

(2) how to get through planning and implementation;

(3) How to get through with customers and delivery

I call it "three connections"

these problems were our original intention to implement enterprise informatization at that time, but we have not changed our original intention so far. There must be some problems. When I visited customers, I shared two examples. One is to get through from management and the site. There is an ERP, which we call IOT ready ERP

in the ERP interface, you can see the output, quality, efficiency and equipment operation and maintenance information of the production line. Originally, these information enterprises collected through the industrial control system, data acquisition system and MES system, but today you can directly run through the desktop on an ERP with IOT function. Obviously, these information is more convenient, more timely and cheaper

I have visited all the information-based customers and found it very helpful. This is what they need

I shared with them the second example, how to get through the plan and implementation

in enterprise informatization, whether you plan or the final result, we traditionally reflect it in the form of report. Report is the result and the next action plan. Then we turn it into KPI, which is the middle way. What is this actually? This is the BI system we are talking about

any enterprise's informatization will do Bi, but why can't we implement it? Because Bi is only a descriptive analysis, it doesn't tell you what to do next, so what is the analysis we need today? It is a change from descriptive analysis to predictive and action analysis. We call it predict. It not only tells you what happened, how it happened, and why? More importantly, it tells you what needs to be done

this is the basis for us to turn 2. Analysis after unpacking into action. So if we look at the digital link today, what is the happiest thing we say? Because we have a lot of data, what is the most painful thing? The same is our data, too much. When each enterprise has the same data, the competitiveness of the enterprise will be installed in two aspects:

first, can you analyze the data with innovative methods

second, you can implement data-based decisions in real-time or quasi real-time, rather than just saying nothing

so many information systems have not built responsive systems. Why can't you respond? Because you cannot trigger execution. Would it be helpful if we changed your descriptive analysis into predict usage data? All the informatization partners told me that it was very helpful

I put forward a concept called "enterprise re informatization". I don't think that digitalization and informatization are substitutes, they are supplements. Therefore, we can still call it "re informatization", but the direction of re informatization is digitalization and intelligence. To be more precise, it is the digitalization of manufacturing or digital manufacturing and intelligent operation

there are three characteristics: first, boundary, second, intelligence and third, mobility. Boundary means that we now need to use people and equipment, and our intelligent devices, to interconnect our production equipment. After interconnection, we can achieve connectivity. This connectivity can achieve the operation of people, people and things. The so-called business is available at any time and anywhere

intelligence is related to connectivity, but it integrates machine learning and artificial intelligence into your workflow to realize intelligence, which is associated with automation to generate action. So connectivity, intelligence and action are actually what we call perception, computing and action. Therefore, for the goal of informatization and re informatization, we need to get through the three links of perception, calculation and action

from digital detection to real-time analysis, to remote diagnosis, and then to the final digital service, we have completely connected the invisible process in our original informatization. Therefore, this is a digital control through the supply chain with new technologies, which is the goal of re informatization

if re informatization is in operation, how to act? Ability can never catch up with the gap. We need to reshape our ability. Now there are new technologies such as a, B, C, D, e, F and g. a is artificial intelligence, B is big data, C is cloud, D is data, e is ecological reconstruction, f is face recognition, and G is 5g.
