China is the country with the largest amount of waste tires, with about 260million bending center diameters regulated by relevant standards every year, nearly 9.5 million tons. If these waste tires are not recycled properly, they will become "black garbage" and seriously pollute the environment

the process flow of the production line is that the tire fragments are sent to the feeding port through the forklift, sent to the thermal decomposition system through the belt conveyor and bucket elevator, and decomposed at a high temperature of 600 ℃. The carbon black and steel wire pass through the carbon black processing area. First, the steel wire is separated and sent to the steel wire storage area. Then, the carbon black is processed into about 350 mesh and sent to the carbon black storage area through carbon black packaging; The fuel oil is collected by the oil-gas separation device and sent to the oil tank farm; The gas is sent to the hot gas generator for combustion to realize energy self-sufficiency

Sunqingli, chairman of Shandong chengkuang group, said that the single production line handles 68 tons of waste tires per day and about 20000 tons per year. After all the five production lines are put into operation, they will have the capacity to handle 100000 tons of waste tires

Zhu Jun, President of China tire repair and Recycling Association, said that the increasing number of old tires and waste rubber tires has become a global problem. He said: "old tires cannot be retreaded or recycled after being retreaded for 2-3 times or regenerated for a certain number of times. Micro negative pressure pyrolysis technology is the most effective way to dry and extract waste rubber, and it is also the last treatment means for the lack of research on the first generation ABS materials."
